Beauty Max works to offer its customers the best possible attendance. You can ask for technical advice on Beauty Max aesthetics aparatology through our e-mail:  asistencia@beautymax.es or our FAX: 91 742 28 92, our staff will contact you within 24 hours (Saturdays, Sundays or official holidays not included).

You'll receive a form via fax or email and you must send it back filled, indicating the problems you are experiencing with your equipment, in order to facilitate our technical staff response.

Sometimes a problem can be solved just with a proper configuration or following some steps provided by our staff, you can ask for this guidance through phone call to our offices during business hours (monday to thursday from 10.00 to 15.00 and from 16.00 to 19.00 and fridays from 10.00 to 15.00), the phone number is 91 742 28 92.
